Johar Perfumes is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Johar Perfumes offers handcrafted attars, luxury perfumes, pocket perfumes and customised gift hampers. All our attars are 100% alcohol-free, skin-safe and cruelty-free, and are handcrafted in Hubli, Karnataka.
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products on the website. However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings and configuration. The actual fragrance, colour of packaging and bottle finish may vary slightly from the images shown.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities of any products we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Johar Perfumes reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Johar Perfumes confirms acceptance via email or WhatsApp. We must receive and process your payment — or confirm your Cash on Delivery (COD) order — before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Johar Perfumes may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted and dispatched. In the event that we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of order.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation.
Prices on our website may differ from prices in our physical store. We may offer promotions from time to time that are governed by separate terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes. For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information for all purchases.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship pan-India. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation and delivered within 3–7 working days depending on your location.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, natural events, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control. All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we hand over your order to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

All content on our Services — including but not limited to the Johar Perfumes name, logo, product names, fragrance names, product descriptions, images, graphics, and the overall design and arrangement of the website — is owned by Johar Perfumes or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Services without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may be a violation of applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Johar Perfumes.

Johar Perfumes is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Johar Perfumes. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Johar Perfumes, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Johar Perfumes.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and specifically the jurisdiction of the courts in Hubballi, Karnataka. You and Johar Perfumes consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
