Overview

At Johar Perfumes, we take great care in packing and dispatching every order from our workshop in Hubli, Karnataka. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.


Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched, along with your tracking details.


Delivery Timeframe

We ship pan-India. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–8 working days depending on your delivery location.

Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, your pin code, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery across India on all orders. No hidden charges, no surprises at checkout.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD on eligible pin codes across India. To confirm if your pin code is eligible for COD, please WhatsApp us at +91 76768 21578 before placing your order.

COD orders may take an additional 24 hours to process and dispatch.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us.


Packaging

Every Johar Perfumes order is packed with care to ensure your fragrance arrives safely and beautifully. We use protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit. Gift orders are packed with extra care — please mention at the time of ordering if you'd like gift wrapping.


Delays and Exceptions

While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery timelines, Johar Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier delays or strikes
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
  • Natural events, floods or extreme weather
  • Public holidays or festive season backlogs
  • Remote or restricted delivery locations

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and the product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at joharperfumesofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 76768 21578. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours and we will raise a complaint with the carrier on your behalf.


International Shipping

At this time, Johar Perfumes ships within India only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Please follow our social media pages for updates on international availability.
