Our Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, with the original seal intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at joharperfumesofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 76768 21578. Please do not send any item back without first contacting us and receiving confirmation.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at joharperfumesofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 76768 21578 with photos of the issue. We will evaluate and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes and attars
  • Products with broken seals or missing original packaging
  • Custom or personalised fragrance orders
  • Sale items and discounted products
  • Gift cards

If you have questions about whether your specific item is eligible, please contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the eligible item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately. Contact us on WhatsApp for the quickest resolution.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — please share your account details when requesting the refund.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process and reflect the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at joharperfumesofficial@gmail.com.
